The worst customer service in the world, i sent thousands of emails to solve my problem on payit without any feedback from yourside . You stole my money and not returning it back you are the worst company in UAE. You dont even call and dont reply to emails

Good people are hard to find.\ We've mostly read a lot of negative feedback in this branch yet still i would like to say thank you so much for helping and assisting us MR. ISHAM (sorry for not taking your full name-customer service dept). To be honest i do have as well unpleasant experience in one of your branches (abu baker al siddique branch), staff will directly inform us that probably my cheque was lost without even checking it thoroughly. Since i do have my original receipt which is provided to them then that's the moment they tell me that they will check and notify me with that. I would like as well to thank other staff, the guard who assisted me and lifted up my mood on that day. To make it short, please kindly rectify first those things before informing and providing your information to your customer. Once again thank you Mr. Isham who assisted us for the whole process of my cheque though it was already too late for his duty hours and never showed up any tiring attitude for the rest of the time. Your such a good man and well dedicated especially throughout your service.

I went to update my trade license 3 weeks ago and it was never updated in their system. I also applied for a debit card and I never received it. When I call the call center they tell me that no application is showing in their system and that someone will call me back. It's been 3 weeks and nobody calls back. I keep on calling and they always say the same thing, that someone will call me back \tomorrow\ which never happens.

Worst banking services ever. Their customer care is not working, if we call to them it will not connect (it is not toll free). I tried last 15days continuously for getting them, every day more than one hour I am on hold for connecting to one of customer care agent, but it doesn't worked. I went to the branch, the guy told me the issue will solve only through customer care center, not directly and they suggest the phone booth on the bank. I got connected after again 15 minutes waiting. Finally I ask to the reception desk for getting a feed back form. I was surprised by her answer. There is no such things. I will tell the reason why I went to the bank, the mistake is totally by the bank, they took two times processing fee from me for one quick cash. So because of the irresponsible behaviour and mistakes from the bank, I lost my half day leave and 15 days tension free life. Iam waiting for my next statement for confirming the issue to be solved or not.
